Outstanding GCSE and A Level Results at Chase Grammar School

Students at Chase Grammar School achieved outstanding results in this year’s GCSEs.  We are particularly celebrating the progress made by all of our students: local students on average achieved a whole grade’s progress above their target grade, and international students two grades above target.

Over a third of the grades of international students at the school were Grade 9, over two thirds were Grades 8 or 9, with 81% of all grades at Grades 7-9.

Local students performed extremely well, with 41% of all grades at Grades 7-9

This follows excellent A Level results last week, including local student Heather achieving a place at Oxford, 100% of Chase Grammar’s Maths results at A or A*, and 67% of EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) at A*.  50% of A Level grades were A* or A – a fantastic achievement.
